Spawn Rules

This season’s spawn will function similarly to Season 6’s, meaning spawn land is free reign and gone are the days of districts. This spawn format aims to allow players more freedom in their spawn builds. However, with freedom, there are still some generalized rules:

  • Players must leave a reasonable amount of space between their builds and others. Spawn will get crowded, but not that crowded.
  • Parliament can and still will claim land, do not build in those claims.
  • To claim land at spawn simply mark the area you are claiming and place a sign with your name on it.
  • You are free to claim land in spawn as you like, but unreasonably large or poorly placed claims may be disputed by the Ministry of the Interior.
  • Claims automatically expire after a period of 10 days if the building process has not started unless discussed beforehand with the Ministry of the Interior.
  • Unfinished builds on spawn land are considered abandoned after an inactivity period of 25 days and will be taken down by the Ministry of the Interior as outlined in the charter.
  • You may give up unused land and builds at spawn for free, however, if you wish to sell any spawn property you must first contact the Ministry of the Interior for approval.

While there are no restrictions on what you build this season, the Ministry of the Interior asks that you contact them if you plan on building something that is out of proportion with the other builds at spawn or is much larger than the surrounding builds. If you do not as always the Ministry reserves the right to take down any build that is placed in a non ideal spot, is overly aesthetically unpleasing or causes any other serious issues.
